But even still, its not guaranteed.
Whether you are 18 or not, I still think its risky.
If the officer feels like not letting you in... then you are unlucky i guess.
I still havent heard any real stories about AP being successful or unsuccessful...

i applied online actually. please do don't this guys just send that bitch by mail. what will happen next is ask for evidence and shit like that. so i wrote a story of my brother and even got a letter from the hospital send from Kenya where am going and come from. my bro been hospitalized from a car accident and two of them are dead (gangs killed them, and put this one in the hospital but they don't need to know) and i fear this one will die too so i would like to see him.

i really really hope they approve otherwise....

if u wanted advanced parole u had to apply for this but also had to pay ....my lawyer told me that you can apply for advanced parole but it would be best to first be approved for our EAD but as they said ur will be approved only if u have to go out of state/country , traveling job or business etc

If what you say is true in (......) then it seems understandable why you're going. You might wanna ask your lawyer about Asylum as well should you return because that is rather an odd series of events for anyone one person to return to.

I know someone who use AP to go travel for an emergency and came back to the US but I believe she was in the process of adjusting her status through marriage. I think you ppl r making ppl scared for nothing, if u meet the requirement that USCIS ask for in order to be approved for AP, I don't see any reason why they wouldn't let u back in unless y would they approve u for it in the first place. Plus if u know u had no criminal records, not a treat, and doing the right thing in the US there is no reason y they wouldn't let u back in. @ the end of the day it all comes to individual choice, I am not refuted or ignoring any evidence or statement presented above just presenting my own opinion.

hey when did you send in all the evidence/documents for your advance parole? Also, when do you plan on traveling/returning with it (just so we can all know when to expect an update on your experiences)?
