Bio 9/5 still nothing I think Its bc I only took a code 2 bio so I did not go thru a background check bc they must of used my previous one therefore uscis officer don't know my app is ready for...

bc there are officers taking in stacks off apps into their little offices and some are faster than others so diffrent approvals at diffrent times

i called the USCIS number and spoke with second level, i asked them if they are approving by when the bio was taken they told me no they are going by the 90 day EAD process time. -_- she was...

SO GUYS I FOUND MY ANSWER LOOKS LIKE ILL BE GETTING A GREEN CARD LOL JK CODE 2 DOES NOT RUN THRU A BACKROUND CHECK THOUGH ITS USED FOR CARD PRODUCTION SO IM GUESSING THEY ARE USING MY FIRST BIO CODE...

I took a code 2 on 9/5/12 for DACA which is just my index finger a signature n picture ....on june 4 I took a code 3 for TPS included 10 prints, pic plus signature

I got it done in Mcallen TX in a metropolitan area callef the Rio grande valley....
