Yours is definitely earlier, but not over 180 days.
My card expires in October (around the 10th) as well and I was approved exactly at the 150 day mark.

Latest data from USCIS shows that as of Dec 2019, there were 22,320 people whose EAD was just renewed and was set to expire in Dec of 2021. Of that group, 50 had renewal applications in already, lol....

As for OP's post: My EAD expires the same month. My renewal was submitted months ago.
