I was finally approved today, it's been almost 8 months since 1/23. Just wanted to update you guys.

keep hanging in there. and a word of advice, don't be rash in asking your congressman for help....

Congrats! I was approved today too. Mine was sent a little earlier, 1/23, to CA service center. It was definitely a tough wait but God is good :)

I got the letter a day or two after the online status update. The letter should tell you exactly which field office your case was transferred to. Looks like a lot of us are getting transferred to...

I just spoke to a level 2 officer and he said based on his experience if they transfer your case to a local field office there is a good chance that they will want to interview you. So I'm hoping...

I got the same transfer notice last week. Do you know which local office your case was transferred to? (it should say on the letter they mail to you) Mine was transferred from the CA service center...

yeah I reread the notice and it seems like the information on premium processing was a generic message for IF I had submitted a special form, which I obviously haven't :(

Yep, I'm still waiting. We have pretty similar timelines. I submitted 1/23. My case is not transferred though. I rarely see updates from the CA Service Center. Anyone know what's going on over there?
