I went to PR for Spring break three years ago. I went with several students and some faculty there as well.. so that might have helped but either way I didn't have a problem using only my college ID....

I've done several unpaid and semi-paid (stipend) internships. They ranged from boutique agencies to large big name companies, and I didn't have a problem with either.
