I did it online and got a receipt notice the same day. 3 days after, my case changed to being reviewed. No RFE, no biometrics needed (status says completed). Just been stuck in “decision” status...

I did, but most of them varies from either being approved or pending. I don't think the IOE#s are actually in order. :???:
