I think the reason why they charge you because they think you are faking suicide. I honestly don't think they will charge you for disorderly conduct because you commit suicide(I did it before...

Well when I first saw ICE they caught me and I was being thrown into jail. Or technically, they called it detainee center, no different than jail anyway.
