My work permit expires August 2023 and I just checked processing times and its taking 9 months. Should I renew it now ? How far in advance have you been renewing ?

sooooo if you work for a global company that has jobs in Canada, you can speak to HR to do an internal transfer and they will give you a work visa. After one year, you apply for permanent residency.
