I've had my green card since Oct and it's really been baby steps, because it's hard to shake off that "undocumented mentality". I think it's going to take a while before I can feel confident.

You put the last address as a kid or your last known address before you came to the US. One thing that helped, is YouTube. If you search the specific forms, there's plenty of videos that show you how...
