I remember going to DMV before and the lady told me I needed a valid I-94 (mine's expired) to get the license. So with the permit and SSN..that suffices as status for DMV is what we are saying..?

I didn't know we had to prove presence in US when we submit our application (I only did it for 6/15 and month of June). Is that going to affect my application decision? I mean I sent the package...

you can get your entry records (not I94), but it's a report summarizing entries from customs and borders and protection via FOIA request for free. it will take a few months though.

I was just trying it out and seeing what information they will require on the applications... I didn't complete it or submit yet. And I'm pretty sure we can't just select the other ones b/c they do...
