Do I need to send my I94 when renew?

The instruction of form i765 say I94 is a required document, but since it is not new (I sent it in initial request), is it required?

Hi guys, I am planning to prepare my renewal this week, mine expired beginning of Oct this year. But the expiration date of form I765 expire in 3 days! Should I just wait until it updated?

Is that an issue? as long as they approved my i765 and I got my EAD, I am happy with that.

checked my case status today, 821D said it is received (as before), 765 changed to card is being produced!

timeline -
5/3 mailed
5/12 received notice
7/12 biometric appt
10/3 EAD card being...

my EAD card finally expired and I have been put into a temp leave by my company.

3 months?

Last time I remember it changed to something 'pending decision' when the USCIS webpage is still old.

3 months is longer than most of the decision processing time for the EAD after...

How do you put in E request? Mine was received May 15 and no update at this moment, I checked the the neighbor case number(mine is xxx48, I checked xxx49, etc) and their case had the bio appointment...

Even with 10 different lenders looking at my credit report (if I tried apply auto loan from 10 different lenders to see which succeed), it counts as 1 ?
