If you have a student visa, well then at least you have a path set for receiving residency eventually



And try re-reading his point was to raise the 16 age limit to 20, but only to prove

Oh, i see... well we could always tighten the age limit and maybe add an amendment that would give original dreamers exception to the age limit... if there were a way they could somehow prove they...

Somewhere on this site i read the dreamers would be 27-28 soo we could always lower the age limit to that, or maybe have a seperate amendment that would allow exceptions to the age limit if these...

Raising the age limit is not very sensible since most people graduate at 18 and would easily be able to get those 2 yrs of higher education or military service out of the way

I agree, there has to be mutual agreement if we want our DREAM to be passed. I'm thinking the people that don't want amendments it's a pride thing, no offense to anyone, but we really must...

If the dream act passes, and you are approved then you get conditional residency.. which allows you to travel up to 365 days in the 5yrs of temporary residency that you are given
