I have the homestead but co-own the home with my USC husband. You should qualify I don’t even remember them asking about immigration status. Have you contacted HCAD?

Okay so I filed my returns married with a US Citizen spouse and I received my stimulus check. Filed through turbo tax, direct deposit, with one US Citizen dependant.

Unlike most of you, I waited as long as possible to submit my application. I didn’t want to lose any additional time but the process was faster than I thought.

DACA expires after March

For those expiring after March and not falling within the reapplication deadline, are you reapplying either way? I expire September 2018 but would rather have an extra year.

I think you have to earn your way out of a marriage. Have you done that? Tried everything possible to make it work?. The first few months of marriage are very difficult.

Don't risk it, no point in clearing the EWI if you can't get back in the country. Don't throw it away and just hold on to it.

Let me know if this works for you. I'm still waiting to receive the marriage certificate in the mail but I want to change my last name. I'm just worried about all the paperwork and immigration.
