how can someone be deported and still have active DACA? if person was deported and returned shortly after then I'm assuming their DACA was no longer active. DACA protects you against deportation

hey, so my friend went today with no issue, basically he did not understand one of the letters he got and was told to schedule an appointment. They were very helpful and friendly :)

My friend does not have daca nor a social security number, he filed taxes and his ITIN number had expired, he called and was told to visit IRS office for any question, is it sage for him to go there?

That is a dumb move my friend. I sent my aos application back on January, my daca was set to expire in November, but just in case my aos took longer than expected, I sent my daca application at end...
