maria is waiting for a permanent resident card.. we dont know yet what is going to be given out, it could be a new card or maybe just a employment authorization document (EAD) and permission to leave...

i think when they say back of the line is that if you are chasing for a permanent resident car and citizenship.. what they will give right away is a work permit driver licence and something to allow...

yes.. any income in form of money, goods, services and property received in the year of 2012 needs to be filed... talk to a tax preparer, i recommend someone from libery tax to get the most refund...
