I expire in August, I mailed the applications 4/30 and already received the defferal approval. Now just waiting on work Auth. Hopefully it arrives soon.

I don't believe an address is necessary for the recipient of the money order. Yes, write down your A#, and both form numbers on the money order.

On the envelope you can write down both form #'s...

I don't remember having a choice. I did the same as you on the forms when applying for DACA. USCIS will apply the complete name from your birth certificate or passport? on your EAD and then the same...

And another thing, don't apply all over the place if you don't have ANY credit because you're just going to get denied and that doesn't look good either :-)

Start from the bottom up, get a secured limit card with the bank after a while they'll give you a cc then after a while ...you should be fine. You just have to build up your credit first.
