Sent my application with $465 check via express mail on 7/16. Got a text message with my LIN # today ( 7/18 ) and saying my case was received. Hopefully I get approved soon.

Speeding Ticket in CA

I got my first speeding ticket today :| It was for going 85mph on a 70mph freeway.

Around how much $ should I expect to pay?
How much will my insurance increase?

When did you get you Social security? Maybe your social security is new and is not in the system. I remember few months after getting my social security, I had to go extra steps to verify my identity...

It is safe. You don't even need a DACA to board the plane. All you need is a passport (any country) that is NOT expired. Or a State ID/Drivers license (NOT expired as well). I just traveled via LAX...

It doesn't say anything that makes your DL stand out as an "alien". The only thing is that the expiration date is not your Birthday like other people. It is a 2 year license.

I didn't exactly BUY a new car but Leased a new car in Jan 2013. I obviously needed a cosigner. For the payment loans, it was confusing because my SSN was new at that time. It wasn't in the system...

You need to be a permanent resident to join. Ages 17-27. In order to be an officer you need to be a US citizen. I doubt we can join

Never drove a car before the driving lessons. I took 3 2hour lessons. For my behind the wheel test I made no mistakes and passed easily. It is not that hard... Sometimes it depends on the person...

Like some people said, do it by going to the bank rather than online. I have done this and was approved for a Credit Card at Bank of America.
