Not sure if you read my previous posts or not but I tried several Walgreens and CVS in my area and none were doing photos, so no, it wasn’t an easy thing like it usually is.

The forms I used were updated as of mid April. They were separate when I downloaded the forms end of April. Has the date changed at the bottom of the forms? If not then its still separate forms.

Either I did pretty good with the DIY photos or it didn’t matter for my reviewer. My app was received on 05/06 and my card was produced yesterday 05/18.

Thanks 2dream. I haven’t looked at NCL’s Hawaii cruises in years. Last time I had checked it required a passport for Pride of America. That was years ago. I’m gonna check it out again.
