If you are only 17, I suggest you finish high school first.

And then go back to your home country before 18, and then apply legally. Chances of DA passing will be very slim in the next 6+ years. ...

Yes, I would say S. Korea is far better than Venezuela in everything.

Things I really hate about S.Korea is that we have war there and not enough jobs. This is why I wish I were born in Japan.
