Project Manager at a construction firm. Amazing pay and benefits, but extremely stressful. I also expanded my own firm.

Unless the petitioner is a USC immediate relative to your sister, she will have to leave the country as current immigration laws stand. The issue then becomes re-entry and the possible 10-year ban....

Correct. This isn't applicable to DACA recipients. I would recommend getting health insurance through an employer, however.
