They don't care. People have done it. just don't say you went for vacation. Going from europe to brazil to US is unnecessary. Its cbp thats already overworked like crazy not the freaking CIA.

I think so. The chance that they will retroactively revoke an AP is pretty low. Its a promise that the US gov has already made to you.

Not true at all. Both DOJ and TX lawyers have said that it should not go back down. I see no damn reason that the 5th circuit will take that opportunity to send it down. Dont get your hopes up.

The case is currently moving through the appeals process at the 5th circuit. There is a hearing expected sometime in February and a ruling a few months after is expected
