Question regarding CA DL renewal

So, I sent my new copy of EAD to DMV about 5 weeks ago, and I still haven't received anything yet.

I called the DMV and they said there's no update about it, and I was told to call the legal...

Lol... it's not a scam. It is illegal to deny an employee because they are not citizens, and they have work permit. There is a reason why companies ask you if you have legal rights to work in U.S....

it's kind of disturbing... RFE does not mean case is rejected. It is just delayed and they are asking for more...

you send app, you will get notice when they receive the app usually in 3 days or so. then 7 days after the receipt, you will get a letter and 7 days later you get biometrics appointment letter...

Lol... I posted this on the first day when app opened... I'm approved now. you just send everything in one envelope to the lockbox according to your state of residence.
