FAU, MDC and FIU all do instate tuition. They're working on something now in the FL senate so it would be statewide but for right now those are all I know that do instate for us in south FL. You...

You'll be fine flying with just 1 last name on your ticket. I've flown before with just my maiden name on my ticket and my maiden and married name was on my passport.
