Democrats are under pressure to give into Trump and not hurt their chances in Mid-term.

Democrats may have to throw DACAers under the bus for now and pick them up after Mid-term.

I don't know, but the the probability of the supreme court siding with Trump is 100% based on the previous Immigration Ban case.

They are correct. All non-criminal immigrants must be protected, not just DACAers.

This won't stand at the US Supreme Court. This is the same court that ruled that Trump had the authority to ban migration as he pleased.

DACA was an executive action and the power to maintain it...
