Case status not updating

My husband did his biometrics on 4/3 and the case status still says "application recieved on 3/15". He expires in september

Anyone else having this issue??

Biometrics were done yesterday and online it still says "case was recieved and receipt was mailed on march 15th"

Is it supposed to update?

Update

We were able to track down the uber that he took that night and got in contact with the driver. Everything was in the wallet :)

Im not sure. We did it through an immigration center(we used them for the initial application)

With everything going on right now i really want my husband to renew his permit, but his expiration is sept 18. Would it be too early to start renewing now?

We never tried because we really don't have any hardships. I thought it was really difficult to get that?
