Hi guys, I currently have DACA and travel with AP and back last year, is the only way to adjust is through a US citizens spouse or you can also adjust through a U S resident spouse?

Yes i did get approved a month later but the guy that take care of me at the dmv say that the day before the ead expire or after it expired you can use the papers that you get from uscis, the reason...

Its not true that fl wont let you renew your license when your ead expire because i did two weeks after my ead expire by just taking the receipt for my work permit and my expired work permit and...

I live in fl and in August my daca expired and my driver license, i call the dmv and they told me if i take the receipt that i get from uscis and my expired license they will renew it, i was afraid...

Just a letter that u wrote wont work, u of to send in your birth certificate, your mom birth certificate and grandma birth certificate to show how you are related along with the letter from a doctor...
