Are you sure? So say my case was closed 10 years ago. I can go now, reopen it, have it reviewed again, they see that I'm a Dream Act benefactor and they will let me have a work permit? Doesn't it...

Hey. Does anyone know if you can get a DL from CT (or New Haven which is in CT)?. What documents would you need to show? I heard about that recently. Or anywhere else from the Northeast if possible.

unless it's under 245i meaning you have a pending/denied application from before 2001 right? like if my parents did one?

also, the adjustment interview CAN be done on US Soil if marrying a USC...

wow there's that much of a difference when it's a green card holder? so basically you're saying there's no point to that if you can't even get work authorization for 4 years. And no point in sibling...
