Yes, when you take the written they ask if you did it. You either give them a certificate or its send electronically and its not optional.

I went in to get my learner's license after I passed the written test on June 25th ( I made an appointment for that) then on 5th of this month I got my license. You can take both tests the same day...

My issue is this. Assuming this amendment is added that means that those who haven't graduated from "an institution of higher learning" will not be able to have access to the bill's expedited five...

Not to be a debbie downer, but I was one of the first people who were transferred back on February 15th and still nothing...

Hopefully you guys have better luck though...

Me too!! It seems like they forgot about the ones who were transferred on Feb 15th. My sister was transferred on Feb 22nd and she was approved around the end of March. Tomorrow she begins training...

That's true. With my passport I can travel to 141 countries visa free or I would get a visa at arrival. I would also like to be able to attend the World Cup. I know my dad would love that!
