The 797 counted as one point for me with the EAD, it's really weird how they count. All I showed was:

EAD
Address from bank
SS Card
And that was it, I think also my high school diploma, but...

SSA could report you to DHS if you work with that social, or at least that's what the SS application says so if you do work with a not valid to work social.
