My sister's application was rejected due to the wrong fee. Do we send in the old packet where they already scanned the bottom part and also print out new forms? Or just the new forms? thank you

Does this include overstaying visa? That you can't adjust status through the employer?
My employer is willing to sponsor me and I'm a visa overstay and have been approved with DACA.

Not yet. It says she was supposed to receive them March 26. We called and until now still nothing. And they won't say what the notice entails.

1) Sign on Requestor's Certification Part 5, 2a.
2) Sign on Part 8 Additional information, 6.a.

Part 7 is only for person preparing the request...
