I had DACA approval along with a pending 1-130 petition from my USC wife when I went to court.

My court date was fresh. So I wouldn't know the process for someone...

I lost you there at first, but yes, you are correct. My I-485's jurisdiction is still with the court until my removal order is terminated.

At least for now, my name is gone from their Calendar...

Our intent was to adjust initially anyway. On my 1st Master Hearing we had the judge give us some time to file I-130 so we got about 6 months to get it filed and approved. But at the same time since...

Ohh i guess it's different overe there in GA. The approval notice should follow in a few days.

Here in CA, we only show our SSN card and EAD to get a drivers license.

Makes no sense for GA DMV...

Here in CA, the DMV only requires the actual physical card. The card itself is the proof of work authorization.

Then apply for a drivers license or an ID atleast. You need those stuff anyway

You can apply for a SSN now since you got approved for daca. Make use of that SSN

I read that before. BUT, if you are an undocumented what annual income, expenses and assets exactly can you show to USCIS? Think about it. You have no papers to begin with how can you work legally?

Ok here is what you do. Wait for that RFE letter then send it back along with your Approval letter.
This has gotta be a big mistake from them.

Just to want to clarify again,

You mean to say you were approved and and not accepted right?

Approved means - you got your approval letters stating you are granted daca benefits w/ expiration...
