At the moment send everything that is required. Passport pictures are a requirement. Why risk getting delayed because you didn't want to spend couple bucks on pictures.

I sent my renewal on the 25th of April and was received on May 2th. I checked the status of my case and showed my bio letter was sent out on May 5th. My EAD expires on Oct 13.

Let your employer know you need the day off or half the day with time they’ll understand. If you delay the application the permit will expire and if the permit expires you lose the government job.

That happened to me too, but it was the 100 day reminder to Renew which was sent to the address where the attorney that file my paperwork use to be. It was redirected to my address.

My expires on Oct 24 too, but there is really nothing we can do but wait for now. After 90 days you can call and try to get your case expediated. Hopefully this week we get approve.

It was the uscis rep. The thing is it just got approved today so it usually takes a 3 days to a week to receive anything. So I'm confused. I will call again tomorrow.
