You don't qualify for Deferred Action but you probably well qualify for Dream Act. when it passes

From what I've read on this website you can get it notarized at the nearest bank. You don't need to go to your consulate

Dream Act and Deferred Action

Since both of these have the same requirements does it mean that if we get approved Deferred Action we'll also get approved the Dream Act when it passes?

Well I go there in the morning and help the old people unload there trucks and they pay me cash so I don't need any permit for that.

Should I try to slip in a letter to explain what my situation is to the person that reviews my case? Would it help?
