I live in Illlinois, and the colleges here do honor that policy. But Im not sure if that works with community college as well... am i suppose to tell them im undocumented??

man that sheriff was harsh, he should let u drive with a foreign DL with in state laws, all he could do was to give u a ticket or something. At least the jugde was humane... haha
