I can only share my experience regarding a car loan, but when I got it, they didn't even ask for my citizenship status.
I bank with a CU currently, and even while enrolling and applying for the loan...

My issue at the moment is that the BIA is under DOJ jurisdiction, and the current head of the DOJ is a certain elf from AL who gets a hard on every single time he can do something that hurts...

Since the governor did sign a bill this year to switch over to a 2-tier system (real ID + not for federal purposes), they'll probably get an extension in October till the new system is good to go...

According to the DOL website, if you have no SSN, then you have to give them proofs of residency. Not so much with a social.

Probably not. When SB4 got blocked, I predicted a bigger retaliatory ICE operation, but nothing of this magnitude. I still expect them to hit TX harder than other places, though
