Can Dream Act be attached to education?

ok so ahead of immigration its health care and education correct. well if DA does stand as an alone bill, Obama and staff can push it along with education. Or is this not possible? am i being clear...

as far as i know, there is still hope. i doubt CIR will pass this year and if DA is attatched to it then some of us our fu#ked... A lot of ppl are saying they wont do DA as a stand alone bill, why?...

ok maybe they are speaking of CIR, not DREAM? remember that during the election, Mr. President was asked about immigration and said it was a must to fix immigration and bring people out the shadows....
